Personal Daily Support

When everyday life changes - suddenly or over time - daily reality becomes more overwhelming. Things that used to be simple become harder to manage. Routines break. Small things pile up. Independence becomes fragile because of many small things. Whether triggered by one major event or as a gradual loss, I step in to support you, to help restore order and control in your daily life. Together, we rebuild and stabilise your life, helping you feel as much in control as possible.

Everybody wants to live long, healthy and independent life. Yet almost nobody prepares for it…

To design and implement your own individual longevity program, you need someone who is there consistently to observe your current status quo and to bring structure, good habits and healthy routines into your everyday life. Behavioural changes and new habits take discipline to get implemented. When you want to actively shape how you live, age and perform you need a Personal Longevity Partner. I design and implement personalised longevity strategies. I will stay with you as long as it takes to implement your longevity routines into your daily life.

About me

My name is Judy.
I bring together three things that rarely come in one person: a clinical background in
psychoanalytic psychotherapy, thirty years in business, and hands-on experience in daily
personal care.
In 2012, I founded Galaktyka Zdrowia (Galaxy of Health), built on a simple but still radical idea that health is something you invest in before illness appears.
Since 2019, I have been developing a longevity-focused practice within Project100Plus, and
applying it in my own life. Over the past decade, I have systematically rebuilt my own health,
routines and physical condition, not as an experiment, but as proof that meaningful change is
possible with the right structure and consistency.
My psychotherapeutic training shapes how I work, even where therapy itself is not the offering.
I understand why people know what they should do and still don't do it. Habit change and
recovery require more than information. They require understanding what drives a person, what creates resistance, and what builds lasting momentum. That is what my background gives me.
Since 2023, my father's health began to decline. After he turned 80 and suffered a spinal fracture, I supported him full-time as his daily routines and cognitive clarity declined, helping him regain structure, stability and physical independence until the very end. Many of the challenges he faced could have been addressed earlier with consistent support.
That experience is now part of everything I offer.
I work directly in your environment and, wherever needed, in coordination with your doctors
and specialists. I assist you on daily basis whether in the daily support program or in the implementation of your longevity plan. You spend 1:1 time with me and this is how the help and/or the change actually happens. I will stay with you for as long as it takes for your overall situation to change.
